Statement of the Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine (March 7, 2022)

▪️ Taking into account the catastrophic humanitarian situation and its sharp aggravation in Kiev, Kharkov, Sumy and Mariupol, as well as at the personal request of the President of the French Republic Emmanuel Macron to the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, the Russian Armed Forces for humanitarian purposes, on March 7, from 10:00 a.m. establish cease-fire and open humanitarian corridors:

❗️from Kiev:
Route – Kiev, Gostomel, Rakovka, Sosnovka, Ivankov, Oranoe, Chernobyl, Gden (Republic of Belarus), Gomel. With subsequent transfer by air transport to the Russian Federation;

❗️from Mariupol:
Route No. 1 – Mariupol, Novoazovsk, Taganrog, Rostov-on-Don, then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or points of temporary accommodation;

Route No. 2 – Mariupol, Portovskoye, Mangush, bypassing Nikolskoye, Respublika, Rozovka, Bilmak, Pologi, Orekhov, Zaporozhye;

❗️from Kharkov:
Route – Kharkiv, Nekhoteevka, Belgorod, then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or points of temporary accommodation;

❗️from Sumy:
Route No. 1 – Sumy, Sudzha, Belgorod, then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or points of temporary accommodation;

Route No. 2 – Sumy, Golubovka, Romny, Lokhvitsa, Lubny, Poltava.

▪️ This information has been brought to the specialized structures of the UN, OSCE, ICRC and other international organizations through all available information resources, including the media.

▪️ We demand from the Ukrainian side strictly fulfill all the conditions for the creation of humanitarian corridors in this areas and to ensure an organized withdrawal of civilians and foreign citizens.

▪️ At the same time, during the opening of humanitarian corridors, the Russian Armed Forces will monitor the evacuation, including with the use of UAVs. Therefore, we warn that all attempts by the Ukrainian side once again to deceive Russia and the entire civilized world in disrupting the humanitarian operation, allegedly through the fault of the Russian Federation are useless and meaningless this time.

▪️ We expect concrete actions from the official Kiev authorities, as well as from the leadership of the cities listed.

Briefing by Russian Defence Ministry spokesperson Major General Igor Konashenkov (March 7, 2022, 11:00 a.m.)

▪️ The grouping of troops of Lugansk People’s Republic, continuing offensive operations, took control of Smolyaninovo, Voevodovka, Kremennaya, Kudryashovka, Borovenki, Purdovka, Zamulovka. The advance was 6 kilometers.

▪️ The units of the armed forces of Donetsk People’s Republic established control over Azov, Novotatarovka and Mirnoe.

▪️ Units of the People’s Militia of Donetsk Republic conducted offensive operation in Mariupol.

The main clashes were in the west of the city – in Novoselovka, Moryakov and Osaviakhim, and in the east – in Naydenovka and Azov Ring.

Yesterday, at about 17:00 Moscow time, on Pobedy Avenue in Mariupol, DPR servicemen clashed with Ukrainian armed nationalists unit.

More than 150 civilians as a human shield were ahead of the militants who were hiding behind them.

Having discovered the personnel of the People’s Militia, the Ukrainian nationalists opened fire on them from behind the backs of civilians. As a result of the firing by the Ukrainian Nazis, 4 civilians were killed and 5 wounded.

The personnel of the People’S Militia of DPR withdrawn released civilians through the Vinogradnoye district from Mariupol to the controlled territory. All of them received the necessary assistance.

▪️ The units of the Russian Armed Forces took control of Urozhaynoye, Novodonetskoye, Novomayorskoye, Dorozhnyanka, Zagornoye and Charivnoye.

💥 Last night, assault aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces and military air defence shot down: 3 more Su-27s of the Ukrainian Air Force in Poltava region, 1 Su-25 in Gostomel region, 2 Mi-24 helicopters in Makarov region and 8 unmanned aerial vehicles, including Bayraktar TB-2.

💥 Bomber and assault aircraft hit 3 Buk M1 anti-aircraft missile systems and 2 radar stations of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

▪️ In total, 2,396 military infrastructure facilities of Ukraine were destroyed during the operation.

💥 Among them: 82 command posts and communication centres of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, 119 S-300, Buk M-1 and Osa anti-aircraft missile systems, as well as 76 radar stations.

💥 Destroyed: 827 tanks and other armored combat vehicles, 84 multiple rocket launch systems, 304 field artillery and mortars, 603 units of special military vehicles, 78 unmanned aerial vehicles.

❗️Today, from 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, a cease-fire has been declared, and 6 humanitarian corridors were opened:

one from Kiev to Gomel;
two from Mariupol to Zaporozhye and Rostov-on-Don;
one from Kharkov to Belgorod;
two from Sumy to Belgorod and Poltava.

▪️ Detailed information about the humanitarian corridors was brought to the Ukrainian side in advance, as well as to the specialized structures of the UN, the OSCE and the International Committee of the Red Cross.

▪️ During the opening of humanitarian corridors, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation will carry out objective control of evacuation with the use of unmanned aerial vehicles.

Speech by the Head of the National Centre for State Defence Control of the Russian Federation Colonel General Mikhail Mizintsev (March 7, 2022)

Dear colleagues!

▪️ Unfortunately, a detailed and well-planned operation to open humanitarian corridors and declare cease-fire regime simultaneously in several of the most threatened areas should have brought at least some positive results in order to save people who are in a terrible humanitarian catastrophe.

▪️ For the exit of civilians and foreign citizens forcibly held by the Ukrainian authorities in Kiev, Kharkov, Sumy and Mariupol, the Russian Armed Forces today once again established cease-fire and opened humanitarian corridors:

from Kiev to Gomel, with transfer by air transport to the Russian Federation;
from Mariupol by two routes to Rostov-on-Don and Zaporozhye with departure to the west of Ukraine, from Kharkov to Belgorod,
from Sumy along two routes to Poltava, at the suggestion of the Ukrainian side and Belgorod – then by air, rail and road transport to selected destination points or places of temporary accommodation.

▪️ Yesterday, from 10:00 to 11:40 p.m., this information was brought to the official representatives of the Kiev authorities, representatives of foreign embassies, relevant structures of the UN, the OSCE, the International Committee of the Red Cross and other international organizations through all information resources, including the media.

Only today at 7:10 a.m., an official response from the Ukrainian side was received with consent to open humanitarian corridors. But at the same time, the Kiev regime, in agreement, deliberately did not include the openning of humanitarian corridors in the direction of the Russian Federation from Kiev, Kharkov, Mariupol and Sumy.

❗️The residents of these and other settlements were not informed about the possibility of unhindered safe evacuation.

The requests of the Ukrainian side, voiced to us less than three hours before the opening of humanitarian corridors, look absurd:

▪️ 1st is to ensure evacuation from Bucha, Borodyanka, Irpen, Dymer and Ivankovo settlements in Kiev region, as well as Lipci and Strilecha settlements in Kharkov region, which are under control of the Russian Armed Forces. At the same time, none of the residents of these settlements expressed a desire to evacuate, people live peacefully in their homes, nothing threatens them;
▪️ 2nd is to organize the evacuation from Izyum and Bakaleya cities in Kharkov region, which are under the full control of national battalions, where the Russian Armed Forces have nothing to do with ensuring security in these cities;
▪️ 3rd is to deliver humanitarian cargo by official Kiev to Melitopol and Berdyansk in Zaporozhye region and to Kherson. There are absolutely no problems in supplying these settlements today.

▪️ All of the facts above say that the Ukrainian leadership has completely lost control over the state of affairs in their own country, is unable to resolve any issues, being under the harsh influence of radicals, who are actually a parallel government that does not recognize any laws.

▪️ As of 1:00 p.m., the Ukrainian side has not fulfilled a single condition for the creation of humanitarian corridors. We observed by means of objective control, including unmanned aerial vehicles – not a single event for the preparation of humanitarian convoys was carried out, no one arrived at the open humanitarian corridors.

It is known that the nationalists, under the threat of physical violence, simply do not let civilians and foreign citizens out of these settlements.

▪️ From 10:00 a.m., on the contrary, we note intensive movement of armed people on the front line in all directions, artillery and mortar fire did not stop for a second. During these three hours alone, on all six humanitarian corridors declared by the Russian Armed Forces, 172 shellings from the armed forces of Ukraine and nationalists were recorded. In this case, we are talking about shelling areas directly located or adjacent to the alleged humanitarian corridors.

❗️In Mariupol, any attempts by the civilian population and foreign citizens to move in the direction of the gathering places for humanitarian convoys were severely suppressed, up to the use of weapons to kill.

❗️In addition, the mayor of Sumy, Alexander Lysenko with the commander of the national battalion, at 11:55 a.m.officially announced: “There will be no green corridors, not a single civilian will go to Russia, and those who try to do this will be shot.”

We know why the Kiev regime, by all available and inaccessible methods, in every possible way prevents the exit of civilians and foreigners to Russia, and in fact, they afraid that people will tell the truth about lawlessness and chaos, humiliation and suffering, as well as genocide organized by this inhuman regime.

Millions of Ukrainians, thousands of foreign citizens also found themselves in the information blockade. Nobody tells the truth to people. Even the notification of civilians and foreigners about the possibility of using safe humanitarian corridors towards Russia is not carried out, and the Ukrainian media broadcast false information that Russia does not provides these corridors.

▪️ At the same time, on the border of Ukraine in Kiev region, as well as in Sudzha, Kursk region, in Nekhoteevka, Belgorod region, in Novoazovsk city, Rostov region, four columns of comfortable large buses, with a total number of 367 seats, with a total capacity of up to 12.5 thousand passengers. These thousands of people could find themselves in a calm and safe environment today. Unfortunately, this did not happen due to the fault of the Ukrainian authorities.

▪️ We keep chronology of all the actions of the Ukrainian side, archiving the materials of objective control. We are doing this, in order to tell the Ukrainian people later who lied to them, who used them as a human shield.

We record in detail the positions, last names, first names of all representatives of the Kiev authorities who are interacting with us today on humanitarian issues at this difficult time for ordinary Ukrainians. We will tell about the actions and inaction, about the betrayal and lies of official and unofficial officials who are indifferent to the fate of their own people.

Kiev officials continue to accuse the Russian Armed Forces of allegedly failing to comply with the promised cease-fire and brazenly lie to representatives of foreign embassies in Kiev, Lvov and Odessa and other cities about the Russian side’s failure to fulfill the conditions for ensuring the security of humanitarian corridors. This is a blatant provocation, lies and deceit.

▪️ We continue to work with all interested parties and today, more than ever, we call on the UN, the OSCE, the International Committee of the Red Cross, all the power, all the potential of your organizations to force the representatives of Kiev authorities to fulfill the humanitarian obligations enshrined in the Geneva Convention.

❗️Yesterday, numerous facts were recorded in Kharkov, Sumy and other cities, when militants of nationalist battalions shot civilians, accusing them of complicity with Russia.

▪️ In Mariupol, on the first floor of a school building located on Svobody Avenue, nationalists of the territorial defence battalions created a strong point, placing heavy weapons on the lower floors and placing groups of snipers on the roof. At the same time, the militants hide behind the backs of innocent citizens, forcibly holding the residents of the nearest houses in the school.

▪️ And the latest information looks quite cynical. Officials with whom we interacted during the preparation of today’s humanitarian operation have just published an official message on the information resource that the exit of civilians was disrupted through the fault of the Russian Federation, allegedly due to inconsistency in the routes of humanitarian corridors.

❗️1,634 foreigners are kept as human shields by Kiev radicals, including:

in Kharkov – 257 citizens of Jordan (200), Egypt (40), Vietnam (15) and Indonesia (2);
in Sumy – 1,140 citizens of India (576), Tanzania (159), China (121), Ghana (100), Jordan (70), Egypt (60), Pakistan (16), Tunisia (15), Zambia (14 ), Kazakhstan (8) and Serbia (1);
in Mariupol – 88 citizens of Turkey (70) and Kazakhstan (18);
in Kherson – 15 Egyptian citizens;
in Odessa – 7 Indonesian citizens;
in Kiev – 20 citizens of the Republic of Togo (7), Great Britain (7) and the Republic of Benin (6);
in Chernigov – 21 citizens of Pakistan (12) and Indonesia (9).

▪️ Regarding the fate of these foreign citizens, we are working around the clock with the relevant diplomatic departments of these states.

▪️ In regions of Russia, temporary accommodation centres have been increased to 9 thousand places, all of them are ready for individual work with citizens arriving from Ukraine.

▪️ To date, more than 168,000 people have been evacuated from the zones of the special military operation, including 43,469 children.

19,256 personal vehicles have crossed the state border of the Russian Federation.

▪️ The federal executive authorities, together with the constituent entities of Russia, various public organizations, and patriotic movements, have already prepared more than 15,000 tons of humanitarian cargo.

The EMERCOM, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia, Rosreestr and Rosrezerv, Tula, Moscow, Yaroslavl, Belgorod, Voronezh, Kursk and Rostov regions, as well as the Republic of Crimea were most actively involved in this important work.

882 tons of humanitarian cargo have already been delivered to Ukraine, 110 humanitarian actions have been carried out, including 30 actions in Kiev and Chernigov regions, as well as in the Donetsk and Lugansk people’s republics over the past day, during which 325 tons of basic necessities were handed over to the civilian population of the liberated regions, medicine and food.

In addition, 50 tons of foods were delivered from the Syrian Arab Republic and 14 tons of basic necessities from Nagorno-Karabakh for subsequent transfer to the population of Kiev and Zaporozhye regions.

To date, 48 humanitarian actions have been planned and are currently being carried out in Kiev, Zaporozhye, Kharkov, Kherson and Chernigov regions, during which 341 tons of basic necessities, medicine and food will be distributed.

▪️ All necessary conditions have been created in the Russian Federation to welcome refugees.

At checkpoints and places of temporary accommodation, rest rooms are equipped, hot meals are provided, mobile medical stations are deployed, logistic is organized for departure to the regions of Russia, and delivery of foreign citizens to their homeland is provided.

▪️ The grouping of troops of Lugansk People’s Republic, continuing offensive operations, took control of Kudryashovka, Voronovo, Metelkino, Medvezhye, Askoronovka, Petrovka, Aleksandrovka.

▪️ The units of the People’s Militia of Donetsk People’s Republic established control over Latmoye, Berezovoe, Yasnoye, Maksimovka and Valerianovka.

▪️ Today, from 10:00 a.m. Moscow time, in accordance with the declared cease-fire, all military operations in the area of Mariupol were completely stopped.

According to civilians who escaped from the city, the situation in Mariupol occupied by the nationalists is difficult. People are hiding in basements. Due to the lack of electricity and gas in their homes, they are forced to cook their food on the street, at the stake.

▪️ The militants disperse them. Nationalists open fire on all civilians trying to leave their homes. People are forced to paint on the walls and doors of houses: “don’t shoot – children are here!”.

However, the Nazis, using terrorist tactics, deploy their firing positions in houses with inscriptions “do not shoot – children are here!”.

▪️ The units of the Russian Armed Forces took control of Novoukrainskoye, Staromayorskoye, Staromlynovka, Mayorovo and Removka. All civilians of the liberated settlements are provided with humanitarian assistance.

▪️ The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation continue to strike at the military infrastructure of Ukraine.

💥 Bomber and assault aircraft of the Russian Aerospace Forces destroyed 26 military facilities.

💥 Among them: 2 command posts, 1 radar station, 5 ammunition depots and 11 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment.

Statement by the Chief of the Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Protection troops of the Russian Federation Armed Forces Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov (March 7, 2022)

▪️ The Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation has repeatedly drawn attention to the biological programmes implemented by the Pentagon in the post-Soviet area.

Including the territory of Ukraine that has united a chain of more than 30 biological laboratories divided into those for scientific research and for sanitary-epidemiological investigations.

▪️Those works have been ordered by the Defence Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA). A firm affiliated to the defence department (Black and Veatch above all others) are involved in the implementation of the projects.
The works refer to three main branches. In the first place, it refers to the biological situation observation in the areas of possible deployment of the NATO military contingents, according to the Pentagon. In the second place, it is dedicated to collecting and transporting the strains of dangerous microorganisms. The third branch of activity refers to scientific investigations on potential biological weapons agents that are specific for that region, possessing natural focuses and able to be transmitted to humans.

For example, since 2021, the Pentagon has been carrying out the project called ‘Diagnosis, observation and prevention of zoonotic diseases in the Armed Forces of Ukraine’ funded with 11.8 million dollars.

In 2020-2021, the German Ministry of Defence examined the Crimean-Congo hemorrhagic fever, leptospirosis, meningitis, hantaviruses
causative agents within the Ukrainian-German initiative for biological security on the external borders of the European Union.

Under the pretext of testing agents for the treatment and prevention of the coronavirus infection, a few thousand of serum samples taken from the infected individuals that refer to the Slavic ethnicity have been transported from Ukraine to Walter Reed Army Institute of Research.

▪️At the same time, the activity of the biological laboratories that, according to our data, has been intensified since 2014 and the so-called Ukrainian healthcare system ‘reforming’ programme implemented by the United States have led to an unmanageable increase of hazardous and economically important infections morbidity.

Thus there has been noted an increase of rubella, diphtheria and tuberculosis cases in Ukraine. The incidence of measles has increased more than 100 times. The World Health Organization has declared Ukraine a country with a high risk of the poliomyelitis outbreak.

▪️We are considered that in the year of 2007 a strain of African swine fever with high contagiousness was constructed in the Georgian biological laboratory which is subordinate to Pentagon. It`s spread caused significant economic damage to a number of states including Ukraine and Poland and excluded them from a number of pork exporters.

▪️The Department of the Chief of the Russian troops NBC protection constantly analyzes the biological situation on the territory of Ukraine.

According to our data an emergency phasing out of the biological programmes takes place. The analysed documents confirm that Ukrainian Health Ministry has set a task to completely destroy the bio-agents in the laboratories since 24th of February.

At the same time the analysis of the instructions given to the laboratory officials indicates that liquidation procedure is aimed at the irrevocable destruction of the collections. Apparently, everything necessary for continuation of the implementation of the military biological program has already been taken out of Ukraine.

▪️The analysis of the acts of destruction shows that work was carried out with pathogenes of plague, anthrax and brucellosis in the Lvov biological laboratory, pathogens of diphtheria, salmonellosis and dysentery in laboratories in Kharkov and Poltava. Here are some of them: only in Lvov 232 containers with the casuative agent of leptospirosis, 30 containers with tularemia, 10 with containers brucellosis, 5
containers with plague were destroyed. In total more than 320 containers. The nomenclature and excessive number of bio-pathogens indicate that the work was carried out within the framework of military biological programs.

▪️The curators from the Pentagon understand that if these collections get to Russian experts a fact of violation of the Convention on the Prohibition of Biological and Toxin Weapons by Ukraine and the USA will most likely be confirmed. Namely: carrying out work to enhance the pathogenic properties of microorganisms with usage of synthetic biology methods.
Only this can explain a haste with which the liquidation was carried out.
This is only a small part of documents. We continue the work and will inform you.

Emergency statement of the Joint Coordination Headquarters for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine (March 7, 2022)

▪️ Due to the failure and inability of the Ukrainian side to ensure the functioning of humanitarian corridors, the situation in a large number of settlements on almost the entire territory of Ukraine, primarily in such cities as Kiev, Chernigov, Sumy, Kharkov and Mariupol, is rapidly deteriorating and has acquired the character of a humanitarian catastrophe.

▪️ At the same time, the Russian Federation provided full preparation and security on the planned routes during the previously announced humanitarian operations to evacuate civilians and foreign citizens.

▪️ Without the participation of Ukraine, the Russian side has managed to withdraw 173,773 people from the areas of the special military operation from the Lugansk and Donetsk people’s republics, Ukraine to the Russian Federation territory, including 44,187 children, as well as 19,969 personal vehicles.

Currently, these citizens of Ukraine are in temporary accommodation centres, in hotels, sanatoriums and boarding houses, they are provided with hot meals, the children went to schools, kindergartens, issues of temporary employment are being promptly resolved. Despite the irresponsible attitude of the Ukrainian side to the life and health of ordinary civilians, including foreigners, the Russian Federation is ready for the next humane steps to withdraw the civilian population from all settlements that have been in a humanitarian catastrophe, as well as to create decent accommodation conditions in Russia for all refugees.

▪️ Taking into account the persistent continuous appeals of foreign embassies, as well as direct requests from Ukrainian citizens for evacuation from almost all settlements (such appeals only from March 5 to March 7, 2022 in the official structures of the Russian Federation and in the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine more than 2 million (2,000,417) have been registered, the Russian Federation is ready to prepare and conduct a humanitarian operation.

But its effectiveness depends only on the Ukrainian side. The key issues of preparing a humanitarian operation and ensuring the safety of the civilian population, as well as foreign citizens during their evacuation from settlements, where nationalists controlled by Kiev are taking all measures to prevent people leaving, are completely within the competence of the Kiev authorities.

In order to conduct a humanitarian operation:
➡️ 1. From 10:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022, the Russian Federation declares cease-fire and is ready to provide humanitarian corridors:

from Kiev and adjacent settlements to the Russian Federation through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to Gomel city with delivery by air to the Russian Federation, in the southern direction – in agreement with the Ukrainian side;

from Chernigov through the territory of the Republic of Belarus to Gomel with delivery by air transport to the Russian Federation, in the southern direction – in agreement with the Ukrainian side;

from Sumy by two routes to Poltava and to the territory of the Russian Federation to Belgorod – then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or temporary accommodation, in the southern direction – in agreement with the Ukrainian side;

from Kharkov to the territory of the Russian Federation to Belgorod – then by air, rail and road transport to selected destinations or temporary accommodation, to Lvov, Uzhgorod, Ivano-Frankivsk – in agreement with the Ukrainian side;

from Mariupol by two routes to the territory of the Russian Federation to Rostov-on-Don through Novoazovsk and Taganrog cities, to Zaporozhye – in agreement with the Ukrainian side.

➡️ 2. This statement should be immediately brought to the Ukrainian side (Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine Irina Vereshchuk) proposed to coordinate the specified routes and the start time of humanitarian corridors by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022, and to submit written approval of these approaches, including guarantees to ensure security on the declared routes of humanitarian operations by the Ukrainian authorities to the Joint Coordination Headquarters of the Russian Federation for Humanitarian Response in Ukraine by the specified time.
The Ukrainian side have to publish this statement in Ukrainian and Russian languages in Ukrainian media by 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022.

➡️ 3. This statement (in Russian and English) should immediately be brought to the attention of the embassies of foreign states, relevant structures of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations through all available information resources, including the media.

➡️ 4. The Ukrainian side should also inform, in accordance with the established procedure, about the planned humanitarian operation before 03:00 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022, representatives of the embassies of foreign states, specialized structures of the UN, the OSCE, the ICRC and other international organizations located on the territory of Ukraine, through all available information resources, including Ukrainian media.

➡️ 5. For the purpose of implementation of measures for the evacuation of civilians and foreign citizens along agreed routes during the humanitarian operation, from 09:30 a.m. (Moscow time) on March 8, 2022, organize continuous communication between the Russian and Ukrainian sides for the mutual exchange of information on the preparation and carrying out the evacuation of civilians and foreign citizens.

➡️ 6. This emergency statement is subject to immediate publication and communication to all interested parties through all available information resources, including media.

Operational information on 24.00, 07.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion

The twelfth era of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to the russian military invasion is coming to an end.

The enemy continues the offensive operation against Ukraine with the support of aircraft and missile strikes, focusing its main efforts on the following tasks: providing a land corridor between the TOT of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the mainland of the russian federation; taking full control of the city of Mariupol; encirclement with further capture of the city of Kyiv, as well as access to the administrative borders of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

During the day, the enemy regrouped to organize the storming of Kyiv. The occupiers plan to join the assault by the most capable units and subdivisions of the ramzan kadyrov Special Guards Regiment (Grozny), the 27th Detachment of the Kuzbass (Kemerovo), the 604th Vityaz Center (Moscow) of the Rosguard and the private military company Liga (formerly Wagner).

In the Polissya direction, the enemy concentrated in the settlements of Poliske, Kukhari, Borodyanka, Byshiv, Byshiv, Horenychi, Demydiv.

In the direction of settlement Byshiv the enemy was maneuvering with forces up to two BTGs from the 36th All-Army of the RF Armed Forces and is trying to move forward.

In the direction of settlement Tarasivshchyna, Rakivka the enemy from the 98th Airborne Division in cooperation with BTGr of 155 separate Marine Brigade after forcing the Irpin River near Rakivka launched an offensive, but suffered significant losses in manpower and equipment, lost part of the offensive potential and stopped.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy is conducting an offensive operation with the help of units from 2, 41 all-military armies of the RF Armed Forces and the 90th Tankr Division of the Central Military District in order to block Chernihiv and prepare for the attack on Sumy.

In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy forces of the 1st Tank Army of the RF Armed Forces (up to 12 BTGr), the 20th All-Military Army of the RF Armed Forces (up to 8 BTGr), the 6th All-Military Army (up to 2 BTGr) of the Western Military District, and the 14th Army Corps focuses on the directions of Kaniv, Novomoskovsk. Stopped and trying to resume the offensive on Severodonetsk by the 144th Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th All-Army of the Russian Armed Forces. Carries out regrouping and preparation for the storming of the city of Sumy.

When trying to master settlement Izyum the enemy suffered losses and retreated. The occupiers terrorized the city, shelling civilian homes and infrastructure.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy with forces of up to 7 BTGr 1, 2 Army Corps and 150 motorized infantry division of the 8th General Army continues offensive operations in the direction of the Dnieper and Zaporozhye in order to reach the administrative borders of Donetsk region.

In order to conduct offensive operations in the direction of Severodonetsk, the BTGr of the 150th Motorized Rifle Division is being moved. Attempts to break through the defense in the Volnovakha direction.

It is trying to break through the defense of Mariupol, but to no avail.

On the Tavriya direction the enemy by the forces of separate units of separate divisions of the 49th general army of the Armed Forces of the russian federation, 22 army corps, 20 motorized infantry divisions of the 8th general army of the Armed Forces of the russian federation and Airborne Troops in the following directions; to Voznesensk – up to 3 BTGr from the 49th General Army of the RF Armed Forces; in Zaporizhia – up to 4 BTGr of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division and 136 separate motorized infantry brigades of the 58th All-Military Army of the RF Armed Forces; Melitopol, Mariupol – up to 3 BTGr from the 19th Motorized Rifle Division of the 58th General Army. Carries out regrouping of troops for offensive operations.

In the South Buh operational area the enemy is stopped on approaches to Mykolayiv, carries out regrouping of troops for resumption of offensive.

In general, the moral and psychological state of the enemy is low. He is demoralized due to heavy losses in manpower and military equipment, in some areas it is deserting.

During the fighting near Kharkiv, the Chief of Staff, First Deputy Commander of the 41st General Army, Major General Vitaliy Gerasimov, was killed, and several senior officers of the Army Staff were killed and wounded.

The enemy is demoralized and exhausted. His plans for a blitzkrieg, a change of government and Ukraine’s foreign policy have been thwarted.

Taking advantage of the difficult operational and strategic situation, the russian occupation forces continue to increase their efforts in the southern direction and at the same time do not abandon attempts to encircle Kyiv.

Steady defence of our cities – Chernihiv, Kharkiv, Mykolayiv, Sumy, Mariupol – and national resistance do not allow the enemy to develop success. No matter how many kilometres the enemy has advanced deep into our territory, he will not be able to hold it.

I call on the inhabitants of the occupied areas to join the resistance movement. You have weapons, ammunition and motivation. Protect your home!

The Ukrainian sky is heroically guarded by the Air Force and by the forces and means of air defense of the Land Forces. They have already inflicted and continue to inflict significant losses to the group of enemy’s means of air attack.

The basis of our resistance is, first of all, the courage and skill of the Ukrainian soldier, who, despite the considerable numerical superiority of the enemy, selflessly restrains the offensive.

I appeal to the commanders – take care of the personnel! Carefully plan your operations and react immediately to changes in the situation!

Human life is our highest priority. In this we are radically different from the enemy, who does not even take the bodies of his dead and is ready to cover our land with them to pave the way for the offensive.

We will forever remember and take revenge for every fallen defender of Ukraine. The pain of loss strengthens our will to win. We know exactly what and for whom we are fighting.

Operational information on 18.00, 07.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion

The twelfth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to the Russian military invasion continues.

The Defense Forces continue to conduct a defence operation within the Southern, Eastern and Northern Operational Zones, and the Joint Forces – in the eastern part of the Donetsk Operational District. Protection of important districts and roads of movement, defence of the city of Kyiv continues.

In the rest of the territories close to the combat zone, a stabilization operation is being carried out and territorial defence tasks are being carried out, in particular along the state border of Ukraine.

The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine repulses concentrated missile and air strikes and air attacks of the enemy, air cover of important (critical) objects of Ukraine and groups of troops.

The occupiers plan to intensify aviation in order to launch missile and bomb strikes on major cities of Ukraine and industrial infrastructure. To fulfil this goal, the aviation units of the Central and Eastern Military Districts are being transferred to the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

In the village of Myla, Kyiv region, a unit of kadyrov mercenaries is shelling civilians.

Enemy groups operating in certain areas of Konotop and Okhtyrka lost up to 50 percent of their personnel. To continue the offensive, they need to regroup and replenish supplies.

The insidiousness of the occupiers is manifested in the tactics of terror against the civilian population, the shelling of humanitarian convoys organized by the Ukrainian authorities, the organization of propaganda convoys and attempts to legalize the occupying power in some occupied territories.

The moral and psychological state of the enemy remains extremely low and tends to deteriorate. In some areas, the occupiers are throwing out their own documents and trying to return to russia.

Operational information on 12.00, 07.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion

The twelfth day of the heroic resistance of the Ukrainian people to the russian military invasion continues.

The enemy continues the offensive operation against Ukraine, concentrating its main efforts on the encirclement of Kyiv, Kharkiv, Chernihiv, Sumy, Mariupol, and Mykolayiv. He does not stop trying to reach the administrative borders of Luhansk and Donetsk regions.

In the Polissya direction, the Russian occupier is concentrating its main efforts on the encirclement of Kyiv. Concentration in the area of ​​settlement Hostomel up to 2 BTGr; in the area of ​​Bucha – up to 3 BTGr, reinforced by tank units; in the area of ​​Borodyanka – up to 2 BTGr; in the area of ​​Sitnyaki – up to 2 BTGr.

In the occupied territories, the enemy immediately tries to establish an administrative-police regime with the help of undisguised terror directed at the local population.

The occupiers are preparing to attack Vyshhorod.

Also, the enemy is preparing to resume the offensive in the following directions: on settlements Hostomel, Irpin, Stoyanka.

In the Siversky direction, the enemy focused its efforts on the following areas with the help of units from the two all-military armies and the tank division of the Central Military District. Brovary – up to 2 BTGr; in the areas of settlement n.p. Semenivka, Mena, Bobrovytsia – up to 3 BTGr; n.p. Boryspil – up to 4 BTGr.

The Russian invader is trying to provide a tactical advantage in Brovary and Boryspil districts. The occupiers are trying to gain control of Chernihiv and are concentrating units of the 41st General Army of the Central Military District near its southern outskirts.

They are trying to prepare for the attack on Sumy.

In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy is trying to continue the offensive in the direction of the Dnipro with the help of units of the tank army, two general armies and the army corps.

The main efforts are focused on the directions of Kaniv, Dnipro and Severodonetsk. Carries out regrouping to continue the offensive in certain areas in order to take control of Kaniv Hydro Power Plant.

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy with forces of up to seven BTGs continues offensive operations in the directions of the cities of the Dnipro and Zaporizhya, in order to reach the administrative borders of the Donetsk region. Despite heavy losses, it is moving in the direction of Volnovakha.

The occupiers made repeated attempts to break through the defences in the area of ​​settlement Staromlynivka, as well as to capture settlement Zachativka, however, suffered significant losses and retreated to the area of ​​settlement Lubymivka.

At the same time, the enemy is trying to break through the city’s defences in the areas of the west neighbourhood Mariupol, Staryy Crimea. It is not successful.

In the Tavriya direction, the invader with forces of up to 17 BTGr holds the borders in the Kherson region. The main efforts are focused on the following areas: Mykolaiv – up to 2 BTGs, Voznesensk – up to 2 BTGs, Belhorod-Dniester – up to 1 BTGs, Zaporizhya – up to 4 BTGs; Mariupol – up to 3 BTGr.

The enemy is regrouping troops for further attack on the city of Zaporizhya. Urgently restores the runway at Melitopol airfield.

In the Bessarabian direction, the enemy is not taking active action, but the servicemen of the operational group of Russian troops in the security zone of the self-proclaimed Transnistrian region are on high alert.

Despite the large number of troops, the occupiers have a low moral and psychological condition. In the event of losses, enemy units lose their offensive potential and surrender en masse to the Defenders of Ukraine and the civilian population.

Operational information on 06.00, 07.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion

The 12th day of Ukrainian people’s heroic resistance to the Russian military invasion. The enemy continues offensive operation against Ukraine.

The enemy keeps carrying out missile, bomb and artillery strikes on Ukrainian cities.

The occupiers are still using airfields of the Republic of Belarus for air attacks on Ukraine.

The occupiers are acting insidiously – they are violating the norms of international humanitarian law, shelling civil population and “green corridors”, taking women and children as hostages, placing vehicles and ammunition in the cities’ residential areas, creating artificial humanitarian crisis in captured cities. Thus, Irpin has been staying with no electricity, water and heat for three days, there is no water and food supply, the occupiers prohibited the locals from leaving their houses.

There are many cases of stage reportages for Russian TV, on so-called humanity of the occupier soldiers. The enemy also continues to share the content in the social media, on the behalf of the top official, expressing negative altitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine activity.

Defence forces of Ukraine are carrying out defensive operations on all approach routes of the enemy. The enemy keeps losing human power, land-based equipment and air assault assets. The militaries of the enemy are surrendering.
