The units of Donetsk People’s Republic narrowed the encirclement of Mariupol, and also took control of Vinogradnoye, Sartaka and Vodyanoye.
▪️ The Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, continuing successful offensive operation, seized control of Chistopolye, Novopoltavka, Zhovtneve and formed up the front line with units of Donetsk People’s Republic.

According to Zelensky, about 16,000 foreign mercenaries are expected to arrive in Ukraine in addition to the existing ones in order to compensate for the crushing military failures of the Ukrainian armed forces. For them, a visa-free regime is officially introduced.
▪️ Last week alone, about 200 mercenaries from Croatia arrived through Poland and joined one of the nationalist battalions in southeastern Ukraine.
▪️ Today, the Defence Attache at the Croatian Embassy in Moscow was summoned to the Russian Defenсe Ministry.
The military attache was pointed out to the illegal activities of Croatian citizen Denis Sheler, who participated in the hostilities in the south-east of Ukraine in 2015, forming detachments of Croatian mercenaries to be sent to Ukraine.
About 200 Croatian mercenaries are known to have arrived in Ukraine.
All mercenaries sent by the West to help the Kiev nationalist regime are not combatants under international humanitarian law.
They are not entitled to prisoner of war status.
The best thing that awaits foreign mercenaries upon arrest is criminal prosecution.

In the Volyn direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine maintain certain boundaries.

Operational information on 12.00, 03.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion
Acting insidiously, the russian occupiers continue to use civilians as human shields, taking hostages. Contrary to the norms of International Humanitarian Law, high-power cluster munitions and fragmentation munitions are used in bombings. During the artillery strikes on the settlements, the occupiers actively used the “Hrad”, “Tornado” and “Hurricane” multiple rocket launchers.
In the Volyn direction, the enemy with up to 2 BTGs moved to defensive operations and tried to stay on the border Bihun, Ovruch, Pirozhky, Rizniya, Ukrayinka.
In Polissya, the occupiers concentrated their main efforts on the Kyiv direction, incurring losses in personnel and equipment, but did not abandon attempts to block KYIV from the northern and north-western directions.
In the direction of Korosten, the enemy suffered heavy losses and stopped. Does not carry out offensive actions.
In the Siverskyi region, the enemy is trying to stay in the areas of the settlements of Lyubech and Mena with the forces of 41 all-military armies, 90 tank divisions of the Central Military District of the Russian Armed Forces in the direction of CHERNIGIV-KYIV. At the same time, the forces of 2 BTGr are moving in the direction Kotsyubynske – Honcharivske (Kyiv).

In the Svativ direction, forces with up to two BTGs will probably try to advance in the direction of IZUM and gain a foothold at any frontier. The main reason for such actions is the continuation of the offensive in the directions of the Dnipro and Zaporizhya.
Mariupol is stable in the Donetsk region, and the administrative borders of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts are inaccessible to the enemy.
In the Tavriya direction, the enemy introduced part of the operational reserves – to BTGr, trying to continue the offensive in the direction of Zaporozhye, part of the forces – in Mariupol.
Ship groups of the Black Sea, Northern and Baltic Fleets are actively conducting demonstration activities.
In the Sumy region, units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine advanced along the State Border of the Sumy region.

Operational information on 06.00, 03.03.2022 regarding the Russian invasion
The eighth day of the heroic opposition of the Ukrainian people to the russian military invasion continues.
The occupying forces, having failed in almost all areas in which they were advancing, resorted to tactics of night shelling of residential areas of large cities.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to steadfastly defend certain borders and counterattack and block the occupiers’ forces in various directions.
In the Volyn direction, the enemy continues to hold demonstrations along the state border.
In the Polissya direction, the enemy is trying to carry out offensive operations in the area of the settlements of Kozarovychi, Vyshhorod, Fastiv, and Obukhiv. Further deployment of field logistics camps in the Borodyanka, Katyuzhanka and Gavronshchyna districts was noted.
In the northern direction, the russian occupiers are without success in the Ukrainian cities of Chernihiv, Nizhyn and Sumy, Lebedyn and Okhtyrka, trying to avoid clashes with the Armed Forces of Ukraine, are trying to reach the northern outskirts of Kyiv.
Enemy units and subdivisions were concentrated in the areas of the settlements of Baryshevka, Nova Basan, and Lyubech. Part of the forces to the BTGr from the 200th SMBr 14th Army Corp of the Northern Fleet of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which has actually lost combat capability, is regrouping and trying to attack in the direction of Brovary and Kyiv.
In the Slobozhansky direction, the enemy is conducting an offensive operation in the areas of Zolochiv, Kharkiv, and Balakliya, trying to continue the offensive in the direction of Lozova, and catastrophically in need of replenishment of lost equipment and personnel.
In the Donetsk direction, the occupiers of the 1st and 2nd Army Corps, with the support of artillery, continue their offensive operations in the areas of the settlements of Novy Aidar, Volnovakha and Mariupol. The enemy did not achieve the main goal of capturing Mariupol and reaching the administrative border of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts.
In the Tavriya direction, the enemy does not abandon attempts to conduct an offensive operation. After regrouping and introduction of a part of operational reserves, I concentrated the main efforts in the direction of Mykolayivv – Voznesensk.
In the Black Sea Operational Zone, naval groups of the Black Sea Fleet continue to fire on civilian ships and capture sailors.
For the first time, russian war criminals have acknowledged the mass deaths and wounds of their own soldiers. During the evening briefing, the official representative of the Ministry of Defense of the russian federation published his own information about the losses of the russian occupational forces in Ukraine: 498 dead and 1,597 wounded.
Part of the enemy forces continues to operate in the areas of settlements Enerhodar, Vasylivka, Tokmak, Novopetrivka. After regrouping and involvement part of the operational reserves from the 205th separate motorized infantry brigade of the 49th General Army of the Russian Armed Forces, it continues the offensive in order to reach the outskirts of Zaporizhia and Mariupol.
To ensure further landing of tactical airborne troops from the 10th special brigade of the RF Armed Forces in the area of the settlement of Balovne, the invader landed a small landing party, which was destroyed.
In the waters of the Black Sea there is a movement of the landing detachment of the Black Sea Fleet of the russian federation consisting of four large landing ships accompanied by three missile boats in the direction of Odesa.
